Eurynome Journeys is a woman-owned and operated business crafting tours for female travelers since 1998.  Our women-only trips took on the name WanderWoman® tours to distinguish them from other Eurynome Journeys’ travel services, such as custom educational and archaeology tours.  Traveling solo can be stressful. Not only are there safety concerns to consider, but also logistical matters and the little things (i.e. not having anyone to keep an eye on your bags while visiting the ladies room). Our small group tours are designed to alleviate the stresses of traveling alone, yet by keeping the group size at eight to twelve travelers we are able to stay at smaller quaint local hotels, enjoy eating like a local, avoiding crowds, and even be spontaneous!

The pace is leisurely with ample time to relax or for those who like to do it all, exploring the uniqueness of each destination. Our WanderWoman® travel groups are NOT motor coach tours, although occasionally we use minibuses for transfers and locally guided tours that are included in the itineraries. In addition to included sightseeing, extra tours can be arranged locally. A knowledgeable WanderWoman® tour director/escort accompanies each group to ensure you a stress-free vacation.
