Island Hopping in Style! Crete, Santorini & Mykonos –  Early October is a wonderful time to travel to the most popular Greek islands. The weather is pleasant, the crowds have gone home, the sunlight has a warm glow & the sea is warm enough for swimming. From Athens we travel to Chania on Crete, one of the most picturesque towns in all of Greece. Our accommodations are in the charming Venetian old port.  Enjoy a fun, hands-on Greek cooking class at an Olive Estate in the mountains—optional hike in the Samaria Gorge. Tour the fascinating archaeological site of Knossos, before traveling by ferry to the most beautiful islands of Greece: Santorini and Mykonos.  Santorini’s geologic beauty is awe-inspiring.  Our hotel is a luxury property built into the cliffside with breathtaking views.
